You can get an articles of incorporation from your state and then attach your corporate by-laws to it from Socrates that you can get from Office Depot. Plus, you need to setup a local number that you can answer when they call to verify that you are in business. Setup a line with PeoplePhone.com, it will give you some extensions, so that your company looks and sound professional. Setup yourself an extension, and then move on with the card.

Default Registering with business credit agencies

I have been looking at some credit builder programs online and most of them say that companies should be register with business credit bureaus such as as Experian Business (which they will do for you). They also say that they will make sure you are in "compliance" so that you would be able to get lines of credit from banks. Is it necessary to "register" with business credit bureaus" and what kind of compliance are they talking about?
