One big problem with your site is that the content is loaded in an iframe which in my experience does not do well for search engine ranking. In fact when you look at the code I would guess that the way it is written would actually improve the ranking of the site that the content is loaded from.

also make sure you use <h1> <h2> and <h3> tags for your main content. if everything is defined at a paragraph <p> then nothing has any importance even if visually you have made it bigger and bolder.

You might also consider, rather than hard coding the format in, move to CSS. That way, any changes you wish to make can be done once and then applied to the whole site, rather than needed to be done on a per page basis.
