Default A Few Funding Options for Real Estate Entrepreneurs

Real estate investors, landlords, and those aspiring to be one or both might consider the following sources of loans:
1. National banks - possible, but not likely. Start with the bank you use for your checking accounts.
2. Local banks - usually more accessible and flexible, though can sometimes be more expensive. These are a great option for most local real estate investors, but you might have to dig a little bit to find them.
3. Hard money lenders - the most expensive option, and the fastest and easiest to work with. These will often lend to borrowers with bad credit, but don't expect a high loan to value ratio.
Good luck real estate investing!
