Default Employee injured

I agree with many of the posts within about being careful with how you handle this employee. I have worked in Human Resources for 8 years and this is a huge issue. Granted each state is different and I have had the experience in MA and NH but most cases, lean toward supporting the employee. Make sure every thing is well documented. If you have issues with any other employees, make sure you follow the same procedures as for this employee to cover yourself.
