I am looking for a hosting company that will be able to provide the following:

• Managed Hosting
• Preferably Dedicated Server (Semi Shared with my SSL Certificate)
• Microsoft Server 2003 Server Edition
• SSL Enabled with my own non-shared ssl certificate
• SQL Server 2005
• ASP .NET v1.1& v2.0
• ASPLogin
• ASP/.NET Components
• ODBC DSN
• Web Services (.asmx)
• ASP 3.0
• SSI (Server Side Includes)

If anyone could point me in right direction, it will be greatly appreciated. Also what is the approximate price (per month) that I am looking at here?

It all depends - with some kiddie hosts, you can look at spending around $100 a month. With some of the more professional hosts, around $700 or so a month. It depends on your needs of the server, IP addresses etc.

One thing I will say is that what you are asking for is on the high end of the hosting spectrum. It will require a managed Windows server running with everything you listed. You can expect to pay hundreds per month.

I would see if firms like Rackspace can offer you exactly what you want.
